- What is TotoExpress™? TotoExpress™ is a web-based service that changes the way content producers are able to collaborate, share and deliver their work. Imagine... An easy to use client management system, high-speed file uploading and downloading, robust reports and a slew of other powerful tools... all from within your web-browser. TotoExpress™ provides an efficient, easy to use, and secure method of delivering large files to your clients via the internet which will not only save time, but also hundreds of dollars per month in media and courier fees. - Is TotoExpress™ secure? Unlike FTP or E-mail, all TotoExpress™ file transfers are protected by 128-bit SSL Encryption to insure that all of your data remains secure. Additionally, only clients you give access to will be able to login and download files.
- Where will my clients or I go to upload and download files? During the sign-up process, you will be asked to choose TotoExpress.com sub domain such as yourname.totoexpress.com or yourcompany.totoexpress.com. Our Plus and Max plans provide the option of having TotoExpress™ setup on your own domain name (ex. www.johnsmith.com/clients). Please note however, that any domain name(s) you wish to use with your TotoExpress™ account are required to be hosted by Toto Media Inc. and may require an extra surcharge to enable 128-bit SSL encryption.
- How fast is TotoExpress™? Our network infrastructure has been designed to provide you with reliable, high-speed performance. Our servers are hosted in a state-of-the-art datacenter and our bandwidth is provided by one of the largest and most respected providers in the world.
- Are my files safe? Absolutely. Any files you upload to your TotoExpress™ account are stored on our redundant servers which provide near real-time fail-over capability. Additionally, all files contained within your TotoExpress™ account are backed-up daily for an additional level of protection.
- What is bandwidth and how does it effect me? We define bandwidth as the total amount of data transferred to and from your TotoExpress™ account. For Example, if you upload a 100 megabyte file and 5 of your clients download it, the total amount of data transferred is 600 megabytes.
- What if I use more than my allotted bandwidth? No Problem! Additional bandwidth is available at a cost of $1.50 per gigabyte. You will only pay for what you use. All monthly overage charges will appear on your next statement.
- What if I require more disk space? Additional disk space is available at a cost of $5.00 per gigabyte per month.
- Is there any software to install? No. Since TotoExpress™ is completely web-based, there are no programs to download and install. You and your clients will be able to access your TotoExpress™ account from anywhere in the world.
- How long will it take to activate my account? Activation happens instantly for all TotoExpress™ subscriptions paid via credit card. You'll be sending and receiving files within minutes!
- I've purchased a Plus or Max Subscription and want to use a custom domain. What setup is required? If you have an existing domain name you would like to use with your TotoExpress™ account, or would like to purchase a new custom domain name, contact us at info@totoexpress.com. We'll gladly help you configure an existing domain name or provide you with a new domain name for use with TotoExpress™. Custom domain names are available at $15.00 per year.

What are the system requirements?
Being entirely web-based, TotoExpress™ can run on nearly any computer with a javascript enabled web-browser, and Sun Java 1.4.2 or higher. For optimum performance, we suggest using one of the following browsers:

Firefox 1.0+ - Are there any other payment methods besides Credit Card? We also accept cheque, money order, Interac e-mail money transfers (Canadian customers only) or payment via Paypal.
- How do I cancel my subscription? You may cancel your subscription at any time via the members area.
